Pause before the sharp reply
Practise noticing a reaction as it starts, and making room for your next response.
MINDFULNESS · EIGHT WEEKS · LIVE ONLINE
You want more than another thing on your to-do list. Learn skills for being less caught in your thoughts, meeting difficult moments and enjoying the good ones - seated or in the middle of your day.

Your teacher, Rich.
Clear guidance. Room to be yourself.
WHAT YOU'RE WORKING TOWARDS
Practise noticing a reaction as it starts, and making room for your next response.
Train the ability to return to what is happening, rather than following every worry or distraction.
Notice a conversation, a piece of music or the afternoon light, and give pleasant moments room to land.
COULD THIS SUIT YOU?
You want flexibility: seated meditation, brief practices and skills you can use with your eyes open in activity. You can start as a beginner or build on a Vedic practice.
You don't need to be “the meditating type”. Bring your questions, and we can work out a starting point together.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You learn to notice sensory experience - what you see, hear and feel - with more clarity and less struggle. The course includes formal seated practice and ways to bring the skills into daily life. Brief moments can be a starting point; longer practice is available too.
PRACTICE GROUNDED IN RESEARCH
Mindfulness is a research-supported approach to mental wellbeing. Studies of mindfulness programmes show benefits for anxiety and mood, and research also supports improved sleep quality compared with general education or other nonspecific approaches.
For you, the purpose is everyday life: more ease, more presence and a practice that supports how you feel and live.
Benefits and experiences vary from person to person.

YOUR EIGHT-WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE
One live session each week. A new way to practise, time to ask questions, and something concrete to explore between sessions. Each week builds on what you have already learned.
Practise staying with what you choose, and returning when you get distracted.
Recognise thoughts, emotions and body sensations with greater precision.
Practise meeting experience with less automatic pushing away or holding on.
See, Hear, Feel
Learn to recognise sights, sounds and sensations, including thoughts and emotions, without having to stop them.
When a worry takes over, notice what is actually happening rather than following the whole story.
Feel Rest
Explore restful experience and learn a practice you can return to when the day feels demanding.
Between tasks, take a moment to recognise and settle into rest.
Micro practices, background and seated practice
Build a rhythm of brief practices and longer seated sessions. Discover ways to practise with the time you actually have.
Use a small gap in the day to practise, or sit for a dedicated session.
Feel Flow
Explore changing sensations in the body, building awareness of experience as it unfolds.
On a walk, notice sensation and movement instead of spending the whole time in your head.
Auto Move and Auto Walk
Explore mindful movement and walking, bringing curiosity to how movement happens.
Bring practice into ordinary movement, beyond the meditation chair.
Feel Good and practising with music
Learn to recognise pleasant experience and give it your attention, alongside working with difficulty.
Listen to a favourite song and notice how enjoyment feels in the body.
Choosing a useful practice
Bring the techniques together and explore which approach to use when thoughts, emotions or situations feel difficult.
Notice the first signs of a reaction in a hard conversation and choose a way to practise.
Your personal practice roadmap
Review the skills, reflect on what is useful and build a sustainable rhythm of seated practice and everyday mindfulness.
Leave with a plan that fits your mornings, evenings and the moments in between.
Short practices. Longer sits. Eyes open in activity.
A toolkit you can keep using, with Rich helping you find your rhythm.

EXPERIENCE, WITH A HUMAN SIDE
I came to this work through my own difficulties, so understanding where you're starting from matters to me. There is room for lightness, and an honest conversation about what has been hard.
